About the Role
We are expanding our remote team and looking for motivated individuals who want to build a meaningful long-term career helping people better understand benefit options available to them. Our organization works with established member-based groups, associations, and union-connected communities to provide professional guidance, clear information, and dependable support to individuals and families.
The goal is simple: create a positive, professional experience while helping members feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the process.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will speak with members who have already expressed interest in learning more about available benefit programs. You will meet with them virtually, answer questions, explain options in a clear and easy-to-understand way, and assist them through the next steps.
This opportunity is well-suited for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates well, and is comfortable using online tools in a remote work environment.
