DescriptionPilatus is hiring a Production Scheduler to join our team in Broomfield, CO. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and coordinating the integrated production schedule to support aircraft completions, modifications, maintenance activities, and component manufacturing. You will work closely with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Program Management to optimize resource utilization, identify schedule risks, and ensure on-time delivery. Take your career to the next level with Pilatus Aircraft USA Ltd.RequirementsSkills/QualificationsDevelops, maintains, and manages detailed production schedules in alignment with the master aircraft delivery schedule and company objectivesAnalyzes aircraft specifications, project requirements, labor availability, and resource capacity to establish realistic production plans and schedulesCoordinates workflow and schedule activities across multiple departments including Seating, Fabrication, Pre-Assembly, Installation, Paint, Avionics, Structures, Aircraft Maintenance, and Component RepairEvaluates production capacity, labor loading, and departmental constraints to identify bottlenecks and recommend corrective actionsMonitors work-in-process, schedule adherence, and milestone completion to ensure production targets and customer delivery commitments are achievedWorks closely with department leaders to assess progress, identify risks, and develop recovery plans for schedule disruptionsSupports long-range capacity planning by analyzing forecasted workload, labor requirements, and facility utilizationMaintains schedule accuracy within the production planning systemDevelops and publishes schedule performance metrics, reports, and analyses for management reviewFacilitates production scheduling meetings and communicates priorities, constraints, and schedule impacts across the organizationOther Duties/ResponsibilitiesSupports production priority management and cross-functional coordination activitiesAssists with implementation and continuous improvement of production planning and scheduling systemsCreates weekly and monthly schedule performance reports and management dashboardsPerforms other related duties, special projects, and assignments as requiredSkills/QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Aviation Management, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum of three (3) years of production planning, scheduling, manufacturing operations, or project scheduling experience; aerospace or aviation experience preferredStrong understanding of production scheduling principles, capacity planning, resource loading, and workflow managementFamiliarity with aircraft manufacturing, maintenance, completions, or FAA-regulated environments preferredExcellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate activities across multiple departmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a high level of attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and ProjectExperience with ERP/MRP and production scheduling systems; familiarity with Quantum, Jira, SharePoint, and PowerBI (preferred)Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities and multiple concurrent projectsWhat We Offer11 paid holidays a year, plus 15 days of paid vacation time, and 6 days of paid sick/personal time to start with an increase to 20 days of paid vacation time after 5 years with Pilatus90% of medical, dental, and vision premiums paid for single coverage and 80% for family coverage, averaging $9,600 annuallyMonthly health savings account (HSA) contributions totaling $2,250 for single coverage and $3,000 for family coverage annually401(k) retirement plan matching up to 6%Life and long-term disability insurance premiums paid in fullTuition assistance available annually after the first yearThe salary range for this position is $69,200 - $94,018 per year depending on experience.
