This role is responsible for coordinating workforce schedules, maintaining accurate employee records, and supporting communication between HR, production leadership, and external staffing partners. The position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate workforce tracking, efficient staffing coordination, and smooth administrative operations within the manufacturing environment.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and manage production headcount rosters and staffing schedules.Track daily attendance and update workforce scheduling systems accordingly.Ensure staffing schedules remain accurate and are shared with relevant teams in a timely manner.Coordinate with production leadership, HR, and staffing vendors to ensure staffing requirements are met.Monitor workforce trends such as absences and turnover and assist in reporting findings to management.Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling employee information.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Preferred QualificationsAssociate degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.Previous experience in HR administration, workforce coordination, or manufacturing operations.Experience with HRIS systems (such as Workday or ADP).Work Environment & Physical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to walk or stand for extended periods during the work shift when supporting production operations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
