We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to support the production team in delivering high-quality products to our clients. As a Production Coordinator, you will work closely with the production team to ensure that all manufacturing processes are carried out smoothly and efficiently. You will also be responsible for organizing and maintaining production schedules, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products to our customers.Responsibilities Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products to customersMonitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing department to order materials and supplies for productionCollaborate with manufacturing team to develop and implement production plansOversee the production process from start to finish, ensuring that all products meet quality standards and are delivered on timeCommunicate with various departments to ensure smooth flow of production processResolve any production-related issues in a timely and effective mannerEvaluate and improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costsBachelor's degree in a relevant field such as biotechnology, chemistry, or biology2+ years of experience in a production coordination role preferably in the biotechnology industryStrong analytical skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work well in a team-oriented environmentProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially ExcelKnowledge of cGMP regulations and ISO 13485:2016 is preferred.Mandarin speaking preferredHealth Care Plan (Medical)Retirement PlanPaid Time OffTraining & DevelopmentCompany Sponsored MealsIndividual and Team Bonding Spending#J-18808-Ljbffr
