This role assists with schedule management, work order tracking, material coordination, and cross‑functional communication to ensure production goals, program milestones, and customer commitments are met. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Production Control and Program teams in coordinating daily production activities for Penetrator builds and assigned programsAssist with production scheduling, job tracking, and work order status updates within ERP/MRP systems (e.g., IFS Cloud)Monitor and report on production progress, shortages, and schedule risksHelp coordinate material availability by working closely with Purchasing, Stockroom, and ManufacturingPrepare and maintain production documentation, reports, and trackers to support program visibilityAssist with planning meetings, production reviews, and program status updatesTrack open issues, action items, and deliverables related to production and program executionSupport Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing with documentation flow, revisions, and shop floor needsEnsure accurate data entry and maintenance of production records and system transactionsComply with all company policies, safety requirements, and quality standardsRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or coursework in business, manufacturing, or supply chain preferred1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, production control, scheduling, or administrative support (preferred)Strong organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams in a production environmentClear written and verbal communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience working in a regulated manufacturing environment (Aerospace, Defense, Oil & Gas, or similar)Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems such as IFS, SAP, or similarBasic understanding of production planning, material flow, and manufacturing processesExperience supporting multiple programs or product lines simultaneouslyPhysical & Work Environment RequirementsAbility to work in a manufacturing and office environmentOccasional walking on the production floorAbility to sit or stand for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 25 lbs. as needed#DGOTeledyne and all of our employees are committed to conducting business with the highest ethical standards.
