Our reputation has been built on quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and delivering an outstanding customer experience from the first showroom visit through final installation.We're looking for an experienced Production & Showroom Manager to oversee our showroom while driving projects from sale to completion.Position Summary The Production & Showroom Manager is responsible for ensuring every project moves efficiently through the sales, ordering, scheduling, installation, and completion process.This individual will lead showroom operations while coordinating with salespeople, installers, vendors, and customers to keep jobs on schedule, resolve issues quickly, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.The ideal candidate is highly organized, enjoys solving problems, holds people accountable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Primary Responsibilities Showroom Leadership Oversee daily showroom operationsDeliver an exceptional customer experienceAssist customers with product selectionsMaintain showroom appearanceManage showroom staffProduction & Operations Own every job from signed contract to final completionEnsure jobs move through each production stage without delaysOrder materials and verify delivery schedulesCoordinate with installation crews and subcontractorsCommunicate proactively with customers regarding project statusResolve scheduling conflicts before they become problemsKeep projects on time and on budgetTrack outstanding punch-list items until completeWork closely with accounting to ensure accurate invoicingHold installation teams accountable for production schedulesConduct daily production meetingsPrioritize workload based on customer needsImprove operational efficiencyDevelop systems that reduce delays and increase productivityQualifications 5+ years of management experienceExperience in construction, remodeling, home improvement, production, or operations managementStrong leadership and accountability skillsExcellent organizational abilitiesAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyCustomer-focused attitudeComfortable making decisions and solving problems independentlyExperience using CRM software and QuickBooks is preferredExperience in fireplaces, construction, kitchen & bath, flooring, roofing, windows, or similar industries is a plusThe Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who: Takes ownershipPushes projects forward every dayCommunicates professionally with customersFollows through until every job is completeEnjoys improving processesLeads by exampleSuccess in This Role After 90 days, you should be able to: Keep installation schedules running efficientlyImprove customer communicationIncrease completed jobs each monthImprove profitability through better scheduling and production managementHelp create a culture of accountability and urgency#J-18808-Ljbffr
