Semiconductor Process Engineer
Power Integrations is seeking a hands-on Semiconductor Process Engineer to support wafer fabrication operations in our Class 100 cleanroom facility in our Ithaca, New York location.
Responsibilities:
Perform semiconductor wafer processing including cleaning, coating, lithography, deposition, etch, annealing, and inspection.
Operate and maintain process equipment and perform tool calibrations.
Execute Design of Experiments (DOE), analyze data, and document results.
Support process development, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities.
Qualifications:
BS in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or related technical field.
2+ years of semiconductor wafer fabrication or process engineering experience.
Experience with:
Contact/stepper lithography
E-beam evaporation and sputtering
Lift-off processes
RTP and furnace annealing
ALD and PECVD (SiO, SiN)
RIE/ICP etch processes
Schedule:
Standard hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Flexibility to support portions of the second shift as needed.
