Job OverviewVirginia Highlands Community College is seeking to build a pool of applicants for future adjunct faculty positions in the Virginia Highlands Community College Division. The selected candidate will assist in establishing and maintaining that pool.ResponsibilitiesMaintain a database of qualified adjunct candidates for future openings.Assist with administrative tasks and support the agency or state government during emergencies declared by the Governor.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsMinimum qualifications required by the accrediting agency in the discipline taught.Additional InformationEmployment Type: Part‑time, exempt, hourly $35‑60 per hour. Telework options are subject to change based on business needs. Required to operate a state vehicle. Supervisory responsibilities: none.
