    Description

    On the Run Store Managers are tasked with ensuring the effective and profitable functioning of a specific store location. They supervise all daily operations, manage controllable expenses, take full accountability for employee development, and uphold the highest standards of customer service. Managers are prepared to fulfill any role necessary to maintain the store's compliance with Company standards and expectations. They typically work an average of 50 hours per week.
