CTG is seeking an experienced .NET Full Stack Developer to join our client's development team. This role is ideal for a senior software engineer with extensive experience building enterprise applications using the Microsoft technology stack. The successful candidate will develop modern, scalable web applications, collaborate across Agile teams, and contribute to application modernization initiatives leveraging cloud technologies and DevOps practices. Location: Remote Duration: 5 months What You'll Do Design, develop, test, and support enterprise web applications using the Microsoft .NET technology stack. Build scalable back-end services with C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, and WCF. Develop modern, responsive user interfaces using Angular, React, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, jQuery, AJAX, and JSON. Design and optimize SQL Server databases, including stored procedures, triggers, indexing, and performance tuning. Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party applications and cloud services. Participate in application modernization, platform upgrades, and legacy system remediation projects. Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to design, implement, test, and deploy software solutions. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and other modern DevOps practices. Troubleshoot production issues and implement high-quality, maintainable code following industry best practices. Produce technical documentation and participate in peer code reviews. What We're Looking For 10+ years of professional software development experience with the Microsoft technology stack. Expert knowledge of C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, ADO.NET, Entity Framework, and WCF. Strong experience developing N-tier, client/server, web-based, and service-oriented applications. Advanced SQL Server development skills, including query optimization, stored procedures, triggers, and performance tuning. Front-end expertise with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, React, JSON, and AJAX. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean coding methodologies. Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, source control, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience developing cloud-based applications using Microsoft Azure and/or AWS. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience leading small development teams or coordinating distributed development efforts. Experience with application modernization, technical debt reduction, and enterprise platform migrations. Experience integrating AI-enabled services, document processing, workflow automation, or third-party APIs. Experience within manufacturing, automotive, legal technology, industrial, or enterprise software environments. Familiarity with Oracle, DB2, PostgreSQL, LiteDB, SharePoint, IIS, Windows Server, and cloud-native deployment strategies. Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience will be considered. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
