WHAT WE DO:
We focus on providing delivery, staffing, and supported services such as enterprise integration/implementations including, but not limited to, CRM, EAM, ERP, PMO, and QA. We service clients in SLED (state/local gov't & education), financial services, fortune, public utility, as well as regularly partnering with Big 4 SI partners.

.NET Architect

Location: Arlington, TX (Onsite – 5 Days/Week)
Duration: 04/01/2026 – 03/31/2027

Role Summary

We are seeking Senior .NET Architects with strong Microsoft Azure experience to lead the modernization of OFS systems and integration with Inovatec. The role involves defining target architecture, designing scalable solutions, and overseeing the development of secure and high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define target architecture, integration patterns, and API standards for enterprise applications.

  • Design and oversee development of secure, scalable .NET (C#) REST APIs and integration services.

  • Develop and maintain .NET applications aligned with project requirements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and implement technical requirements.

  • Guide CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure alignment with Azure services.

  • Ensure non-functional requirements such as security, performance, and resiliency are met.

  • Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and technical governance across multiple workstreams.

  • Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

  • Maintain code quality, standards, and best practices.

Required Skills

  • Strong expertise in .NET (C#) development and architecture.

  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.

  • Experience designing and building REST APIs and integration services.

  • Strong understanding of API design standards and microservices architecture.

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

  • Hands-on experience with SQL Server for database design and development.

  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Additional Required Skills

  • .NET & Azure – Advanced (6–9 Years)

  • Microsoft SQL Server – Intermediate (3–5 Years)

  • API Development – Intermediate (3–5 Years)

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Cloud Integration patterns

  • Familiarity with TIBCO BusinessWorks

  • Knowledge of enterprise integration and middleware solutions

Success Factors

  • Delivery of scalable and secure cloud-native applications

  • Strong adherence to architecture standards and governance

  • Successful modernization and integration of enterprise systems
