Follow up for unskilled services Present educational in-service trainings Communicate with Case Managers and other members of the care team REQUIREMENTS Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current RN licensure. Must be able to travel locally in your own vehicle, and possess a valid driver''s license and appropriate automobile insurance coverage.
