Location: Marietta, OHEmployment Type: Full-Time | Direct HireStarting Salary: From $60,000 annually, with higher compensation available depending on experience.Position OverviewWe are looking for a Manufacturing Supply Chain Coordinator to support purchasing, materials planning, and inventory management within a production environment. This role helps ensure manufacturing teams have the materials they need by coordinating procurement activities, maintaining planning data, and supporting production schedules through effective material management.The ideal candidate has experience with purchasing, production planning, ERP/MRP systems, and inventory control in a manufacturing setting.Primary ResponsibilitiesCoordinate purchasing and material planning activities for assigned products and manufacturing programsProcure raw materials, electrical components, and other production supplies needed to support manufacturing operationsTrack materials from purchase through receiving, inventory, production, and final shipmentUtilize ERP/MRP systems to create, manage, and update purchasing, planning, and inventory transactionsPartner with production, inventory, warehouse, and operations teams to maintain material availability and support manufacturing schedulesMonitor inventory levels and planning data to improve material flow and reduce shortagesSource electrical components, including wire, cable, energy meters, and other manufacturing materialsIdentify potential supply issues and work with suppliers and internal teams to resolve shortages before production is impactedMaintain accurate purchasing records, planning information, and inventory data within the ERP systemSupport continuous improvement efforts related to procurement, inventory accuracy, and production planningRequired QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in a Buyer, Planner, Purchasing, Materials Planning, or Buyer/Planner positionExperience supporting manufacturing or production operationsStrong knowledge of ERP/MRP software such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar systemsExperience with purchasing, production planning, inventory management, and material control processesBackground sourcing and purchasing electrical components and manufacturing materialsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skillsExcellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departmentsPreferred QualificationsAPICS certification or other supply chain certificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related fieldWhat We OfferStarting salary from $60,000 annually, with higher compensation available depending on experienceFull-time direct hire opportunityComprehensive benefits packageCareer growth and professional development opportunitiesCollaborative manufacturing environment with long-term advancement potentialWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
