What You’ll Do
Oversee and maintain all buildings, grounds, and amenities
Complete service requests and prepare units for new residents
Supervise and train maintenance, custodial, and grounds staff
Manage vendor work and maintenance budgets
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
Respond promptly to repair requests, including after-hours emergencies
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED
2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience
Strong HVAC experience and EPA Type II or Universal Certification required
Skilled in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building systems
CPO certification and pool maintenance experience a plus
Basic tools and reliable transportation required
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
