Compensation & Benefits:

• $20–$23/hour – Team Leader (training)
• $24-26/hour – Team Leader
• $27-30/hour – Craftsman
• Paid Time Off + 6 Paid Holidays

What You’ll Be Doing Day to Day

• Working with a crew on landscape installations and property care
• Preparing tools, materials, and equipment each morning
• Building and maintaining outdoor spaces with care and precision
• Operating equipment safely (and learning more as you grow)
• Communicating with your team to keep projects moving
• Cleaning, maintaining, and preparing for the next day
• This is physical, outdoor work.
• It’s also skilled work that gets better with time and effort.

What Matters Most (Qualifications)

We care more about how you show up than what’s on paper.

You’ll do well here if you:

• Take ownership — you don’t wait to be told everything
• Pay attention to details most people miss
• Ask questions and actually listen to the answers
• Show up consistently and do what you say you’ll do
• Want to improve — not stay where you are

Basic requirements:

• 18+ years old
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation to Tiger, GA
• Experience working outdoors

Helpful, but not required:

• Landscaping or carpentry experience
• Equipment operation
• Crew or leadership experience
