1. Shift A (Day | 8:00 AM–8:00 PM): Alternating weekly — Monday–Thursday, then Monday–Wednesday
2. Shift B (Night | 8:00 PM–8:00 AM): Alternating weekly — Monday–Wednesday, then Monday–Thursday
3. Shift C (Day | 8:00 AM–8:00 PM): Alternating weekly — Thursday–Sunday, then Friday–Sunday
4. Shift D (Night | 8:00 PM–8:00 AM): Alternating weekly — Thursday–Sunday, then Friday–Sunday
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety in a fast-paced logistics environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in warehouse settings, enjoys process optimization, and can manage cross-functional coordination.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of materials and finished goods.
- Oversee order fulfillment with a focus on accuracy, speed, and quality.
- Manage inventory control through regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations.
- Assign and monitor daily tasks for warehouse associates and temporary workers.
- Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain productivity and compliance.
- Track and report daily KPIs, identifying opportunities for workflow improvement.
- Communicate with internal teams and customers to resolve logistics or order-related issues.
- Ensure warehouse operations meet safety standards and company policies.
- Support continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and cost control.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or distribution experience.
- Strong understanding of logistics, inventory management, and warehouse workflows.
- Hands-on experience supervising and training warehouse teams. (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Forklift certification preferred.
- Bilingual in Korean and English required (verbal and written).
