We are seeking a bilingual Korean/English Branch Manager<\/span><\/b> to oversee daily bank
branch operations, lead staff, manage customer relationships, and ensure full
compliance with banking regulations. This role requires strong leadership,
banking operations knowledge, and BSA/AML experience.<\/span>

ensure excellent customer service<\/span>

train, and evaluate branch employees<\/span>
<\/li> - Ensure
compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements<\/span>
<\/li> - Oversee cash
management, transaction accuracy, and branch reporting<\/span>
<\/li> - Handle customer
inquiries and resolve escalated issues<\/span>
<\/li> - Lead local
business development and grow deposit/loan portfolios<\/span>
<\/li> - Perform branch
security officer duties<\/span>
<\/li> - Manage BSA/AML
responsibilities, including CTR/OFAC reviews, EDD, KYC/CIP, and SAR
escalation<\/span>
