Communicate effectively with POD /Category leadership as well as Inventory Planning Support Center.Deliver in depth category and vendor analysis with process improvement recommendations to drive category improvementSupport managers in training and coaching Analyst III associates and assist in developing content/training for vendor open sharing forumSeasoned in a legacy company and either Fresh or Non-Perishable processes and proceduresSupport development of department best-practices and deliver business insights and change managementLead cross-functional process improvements, projects, and initiativesCollaborate with teams from 3rd party resources, Supply Chain, SC Procurement, and the Brands, conducting analysis to lead improvements in sales, on-shelf availability, COGS, and unsaleablesHelp drive the implementation of the company's new ways of working in assigned areas and the BrandsHelp drive reporting on vendor and program ROI, scorecarding, adherence to KPI's, and vendor accountabilityRequirementsBachelor's in Business, Supply Chain Management, or similar work experienceLean Six Sigma experience/familiarity preferred4 years relevant experienceSpecialized in a legacy company systems, processes, and proceduresResponsible for knowledge in a sub-set of categoriesRelevant skills at exemplary, high-performing level of competencyAttention to DetailAbility to manage and influence others in the organization, including executive levelsProven track record of delivering high quality results in a timely manner.Ability to influence change within ADUSA, the Brands and the Vendor communityAbility to analyze complex problems and data setsComfortable working in a virtual environment with reporting associates and/or leadership located in other campusesME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $92,640 - $138,960IL/MA/MD/NY Salary Range: $106,480- $159,720Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions.
