Provide required documentation to customer, customer's financial statement auditor or appropriate regulatory auditor in support of compliance requirementsAssociate: Ensure a safe, secure, clean and fair work environment for associates; Manage site hourly and exempt associates; Conduct associate performance reviews, individual development plans and succession plans; Ensure company policies are communicated, administered, and enforced at appropriate levels; Take an active leadership role in managing turnover to the appropriate levelRequired Education And ExperienceBachelor's degree or equivalent 4 years Inventory Control experience, Required3+ years logistics industry experience, Required3+ years management experience (unit pick environment, large company preferred, Required1+ years client relationship, staff mgmt & objective setting experience, RequiredStaff management & Objective Setting, RequiredMetric development and reporting across cross functional leadership, RequiredKnowledge of systems such as JDA, Manhattan WMS, DMPLUS, SAP, etc., RequiredKnowledge of Microsoft Office applications, RequiredExcellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to the audience, RequiredOur Organization is an equal opportunity employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
