This person will be responsible for safely and efficiently managing materials, and maintaining inventory accuracy throughout all Operations processes. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a warehouse setting and be able to work in a fast‑paced environment.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesInventory ControlConduct regular inventory cycle countsParticipate in annual physical inventory countsPerform stock checks, audits, and verifications as requiredReceivingUnload, unpack, inspect, identify, and put‑away incoming freightTransact incoming freight accurately in the computer system (Business Central)Material HandlingMove inventory, physically and systematically, throughout all internal processesReplenish inventory picking locations to support the picking processSafely operate equipment (forklift & box truck) to move inventory between multiple storage locationsPickingPick goods for order fulfillmentPackage goods for shipment, LTL, FTL, and parcel (FedEx/UPS)ShippingCreate shipping documentsTransact shipments in ERP (Business Central)Use internet to create FedEx and UPS labelsHours Of OperationMonday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm with OT as neededQualificationsForklift experience2 years of inventory control or material handling experienceKnowledge of computerized inventory and order management systems (ERP), Business Central a plusAbility to lift, climb, stand, walk, turn and pivot for the duration of the shiftAbility to lift, lower, push, and pull up to shoulder height of 50 lbs without assistanceAbility to drive a box truck between beMatrix facilities is a plusProven knowledge of warehouse and production proceduresAbility to work with all levels of staffAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to conduct self-accordingly to beMatrix's operating values which include operating with honesty and integrity, and in a spirit of teamwork and respect#J-18808-Ljbffr
