We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Generalist to lead recruiting, employee relations, performance management, and compliance initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic responsibilities with hands-on employee support.

Human Resource Generalist Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $ 35.00 / hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:30am to 04:00pm)
  • Maintain employee relations and compliance in new employee onboarding, leave laws, workers' compensation and unemployment claims
  • Manage full cycle recruiting and staffing
  • Manage compensation data including increases and performance management processes
  • Human resources administration

Human Resource Generalist Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • 3 or more years of Human Resources experience is required.
  • Knowledge of federal and Oregon employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience with employee relations, recruiting, performance management, workplace investigations, and leave administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Human Resources information systems.
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
  • Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
