    Work Schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

    Summary:

    The HR Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources functions. Responsible for administrative and project-oriented duties. Support the HR team for activities including new employee on boarding, engagement activities, hiring events and additional duties as assigned.

    Responsibilities:

    · Responsible for providing high quality customer service to all employees, students and other customers presenting to and contacting the HR office.

    o Including, but not limited to: assisting with benefit enrollment, leave of absence requests, direct deposit and tax form completion.

    · Responsible for managing the onboarding process for new hires from the talent handoff to orientation. This includes but is not limited to:

    · Responsible for file management – creating new hire files, ongoing file maintenance

    · Responsible for student onboarding including clearances and communication with involved departments.

    · Responsible for administrative office support including:

    o HR Inbox management

    o HR voicemailbox management

    o Office maintenance and supply ordering

    o Issuing badges and machine maintenance

    o I9 document completion, tracking & maintenance

    o Tracking and auditing, as requested.

    · Responsible for payroll support including:

    o Preparing promissory notes

    o Processing employee referral bonuses

    o Managing education loan reimbursement
