Home Health Aide (HHA) - Make a Difference Every Day

As a Home Health Aide, youll provide one-on-one care that helps our clients live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes. Youll work in a variety of settings, including private residences, assisted living communities, and nursing homes, building genuine relationships and becoming a trusted part of someones daily life. What Youll Do
• Provide hands-on personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance • Offer companionship and emotional support while promoting dignity and independence • Monitor and observe client conditions and report any changes to the care team • Assist with medication reminders or administration as directed • Take and document vital signs accurately using EMR/EHR systems • Support clients with Alzheimers and dementia care, using compassionate memory-care techniques • Safely assist with medical equipment such as Hoyer lifts, catheter care, and mobility devices • Prepare meals and assist with feeding to support proper nutrition • Perform light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, basic cleaning) to maintain a safe, comfortable environment • Maintain accurate documentation and protect patient privacy (HIPAA compliant)
What Were Looking For
Experience in home health, assisted living, nursing homes, or long-term care preferred CPR certification required (additional certifications such as dementia or hospice care are a plus) Experience working with seniors, individuals with disabilities, or developmental disabilities preferred Familiarity with medical documentation and EMR/EHR systems Strong observation skills and attention to safety A kind, patient, and compassionate personality with excellent communication skills Ability to work independently while following care plans and safety protocols Valid drivers license preferred for travel between client locations
