As a Front Desk Agent, you will:
- Greet and check in/out guests with a welcoming attitude
- Handle guest requests and resolve issues with care and professionalism
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Use sound judgement to make service-focused decisions
- Maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, and thrives in a customer-focused environment. A strong ability to multitask, communicate clearly, and remain composed under pressure is essential.
Requirements:- Availability for some holidays, weekends, and occasional call-ins
- Prior hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
