Property managers should be able to walk in and around facilities for up to 50% of their time, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and maintaining exterior grounds to keep curb appeal clean and free of debris.QualificationsExperience: Successful candidates come from customer‑service–centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies.Transportation: Employees must have a valid driver's licence and use their own vehicle to travel between different work locations and/or conduct other work‑related business.
