Responsibilities

Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, marketing initiatives, and community involvement

Identify client needs and recommend customized insurance solutions across Property & Casualty and Life products

Drive new business production while cultivating long-term client relationships

Use proven sales processes, tools, and follow-up strategies to close business and support retention

Support retention and recurring revenue through service, referrals, and account development

Grow into increased leadership, operational, and business-development responsibilities over time


Requirements

Georgia Property & Casualty licenses or willingness to obtain them with company assistance

Georgia Life & Health licenses or willingness to obtain them with company assistance

Goal-oriented mindset and passion for sales


Strong relationship-building and communication skills


Confidence working independently while contributing to a high-performing team
