Angeles Academy of Music is one of Los Angeles' largest and fastest-growing educational organizations, serving more than 1,500 students across multiple campuses.We are seeking a highly organized, business-minded Enrollment, Sales & Operations Manager to lead enrollment growth, client retention, customer experience, and daily operations.This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys managing people, driving results, improving systems, and helping an organization grow. We are particularly interested in candidates from hospitality, fitness, healthcare, admissions, retail management, membership sales, or other service-based businesses.Responsibilities Lead student enrollment and retention initiativesConvert inquiries into enrollments through phone, email, text, and in-person communicationManage withdrawal prevention and student retention effortsHelp achieve monthly enrollment, retention, and operational goalsOversee daily front-office and administrative operationsManage schedules, staffing, customer communication, and service standardsCoach team members on customer experience and enrollment best practicesMonitor performance metrics and help drive continuous improvementBuild strong relationships with students, families, instructors, and staffQualifications 3+ years of management, operations, admissions, enrollment, sales, hospitality, healthcare, retail, or related leadership experienceDemonstrated success working toward measurable goals, KPIs, sales targets, retention metrics, or business objectivesStrong communication and relationship-building skillsExcellent organizational and problem-solving abilitiesComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with clear accountabilityExperience managing staff, schedules, and operational processesBachelor's degree preferred but not requiredIdeal Backgrounds Hospitality ManagementFitness Industry LeadershipMembership SalesMedical or Dental Practice ManagementAdmissions or Enrollment ManagementLuxury Retail ManagementClient Experience LeadershipCompensation & Benefits $70,000 Base SalaryPerformance Bonus OpportunityPaid Time OffCareer Advancement OpportunitiesLeadership DevelopmentGrowing Multi-Location OrganizationPrior music experience is welcome but not required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
