Summary: The Electronics Technician I is responsible for supporting the testing, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electronic equipment and manufacturing systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical aptitude and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining strict quality and safety standards. Roles & Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting of electronic systems and components.
Conduct preventive maintenance and calibration activities on production equipment.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
Perform equipment repairs and component replacements as required.
Document maintenance activities accurately and maintain service records.
Support equipment installation, setup, and operational verification activities.
Identify equipment failures and escalate technical issues appropriately.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards during all maintenance activities.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve equipment performance.
Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and replacement components.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Support cross-functional teams during equipment qualification and validation activities.
Requirements:
ssociate Degree in Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in electronics maintenance, testing, or manufacturing support.
Experience using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic equipment.

Familiarity with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting methodologies.
Strong attention to detail and documentation practices.
Experience working in semiconductor, manufacturing, or industrial environments is preferred.
