Job Description Summary

Hoist Technician

We are looking for a Specialized Electromechanical Technician (Hoist & Swing Stage) to join our Miami team!

This isn't your average "grease monkey" job. You will become a master of safety-critical systems, responsible for the repair, reconditioning, and annual certification of high-stakes swing stage hoist motors. Requirements

Previous hoist motor repair experience preferred.
  • Primary Focus: Experience in troubleshooting and repairing 3-phase electrical motors and industrial hoist systems.
  • Safety Expertise: Ability to conduct rigorous annual safety inspections to meet company and governmental requirements.
  • Niche Skillset: 1+ years of experience with Scaffold Hoist or Swing Stage equipment is highly preferred.


The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job. Base Pay Range: $18.99 - 27.30

You will become eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 30 days from your start date. Sunbelt offers team members the following paid time off from work, subject to Sunbelt's policies (unless specified in a collective bargaining agreement):
