The RoleAs the Director of Sales, QualityOne Extended Industries you will lead a high-performing team of Account Partners focused on selling global enterprise eQMS (electronic Quality Management System) solutions to large manufacturing organizations. This role is accountable for achieving regional revenue targets, driving disciplined enterprise sales execution, coaching complex deal strategy, and building long‑term strategic relationships across Quality, IT, Operations, and Procurement leadership. The Sales Director ensures consistent pipeline growth, forecast accuracy, and expansion of multi‑year, multi‑region agreements.What You'll DoHire and manage a team of A-players to create and grow business into new and existing accountsMeet/exceed pipeline generation and new revenue targets set for the teamProvide strategic oversight and coaching on complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise opportunitiesManage relationships with key stakeholders across Quality, IT, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and C‑level executivesAccurate sales forecast and pipeline managementReview and approve expense reports and other administrative tasks associated with managing an outside sales teamReport and maintain timely and thorough notes pertaining to opportunities via Veeva CRMGuide account strategy for top strategic accountsSupport negotiation of global agreements and multi‑year SaaS contractsRequirements8+ years experience selling enterprise software and/or eQMS and recent experience selling those services to the industries including, but not limited to the chemical, packaging, logistics, toys and consumer electronics industries3+ years experience managing a team of 4+ Account Executives selling software to multiple industriesUnderstanding of Quality, Document Management, EHS solutions, as well as the people, processes, and technology in this industryUnderstanding of Enterprise Software sales cycles and associated strategies & tacticsBachelor's degreeExcellent interpersonal, presentation, written & verbal communication skillsSelf‑motivated, professional, confident, flexible, and results‑drivenProactive and driven approach, flexibleWillingly travel as requiredNice to HaveA history of working with companies across a broad set of verticals in Chemicals, Packaging, Logistics, Consumer Products etc.Perks & BenefitsMedical, dental, vision, and basic life insuranceFlexible PTO and company paid holidaysRetirement programs1% charitable giving programCompensationBase pay: $135,000 - $300,000The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role.
