Among the Property Management features, Maintenance, also included is a secure free online payments portal accepting electronic check or credit card, with email and mobile payment options, favored by Millennials.The Director of Sales (RezX) position is all about evangelizing, promoting and signing up small to mid size property managers, independent landlords and renters for Rezedent.com online tool suite.ResponsibilitiesFarm and hunt new business development of small, mid-size and independent landlords.Demo the tool to prospects.Sign up property managers.Ensure property managers add properties and activate them.Have property managers complete Legal Entity and Merchant Account(s).Manage units: upload and data entry of all resident emails, rents, late fees etc. A template is provided for larger unit properties.Maintain relationship with property managers and ensure they are integrated into the Customer Success team.Maintain contacts in assigned Rezedent HubSpot account.QualificationsInterest in Property Management, Real Estate and Software as a Service.Upbeat, energetic personality – bring fun.Go-getter, ambitious and proactive in approaching new people.Reliable, trustworthy and able to work with partners and teams.Some sales experience or willingness to learn; able to explain Rezedent's unique value.BenefitsRemote work possible.Face-to-face meetings in Newark, DE area on 7/27 and 7/28.#J-18808-Ljbffr
