The Customer Service Manager is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely and damage-free delivery of products to customers. They lead team members to ensure the warehouse is clean, neat and organized, and that warehouse tasks are done effectively. This role is a working lead and is expected to also perform warehousing and delivery responsibilities as needed.Warehousing tasks include:Unloading trucksReceiving materialPut-away of materialPicking customer ordersStaging customer orders for deliveryLoading customer delivery trucksNon-CDL Drivers at Famous Supply make deliveries to customer shops and/or job sites using a 26-foot box truck with a lift gate. Each morning, the driver's route for the day is uploaded onto a company-provided Smartphone that navigates the driver to each stop. Drivers are responsible for assisting with the loading of their truck and reviewing orders prior to delivery to ensure accuracy.
