About this Opportunity:

The Receptionist/Entry Level CSR will accurately process invoices, sales orders, purchase orders, place orders and assist with other miscellaneous projects. This position will also answer incoming calls and direct them to appropriate individuals, greet and direct visitor, and process mail.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Accurately process invoices daily
• Check paperwork for accuracy, add on shipping charges to invoice if applies.
• Enter sales orders
• Accurately input sales orders into our current system (ensure accurate lead time, correct quote applied, correct rev. number, etc).
• Answer phones
• Answer multi-line phone system with professionalism and courtesy. Screen and direct incoming calls to the appropriate staff and departments.
• Provide callers with information such as address, directions, fax numbers, website and other related information.
• Take messages for various personnel as directed.
• Greeting
• Greet everyone that enters the facility, including visitors, clients, vendors and staff.
• Escort visitors to the correct destination.
• Reception area
• Clean, organize and maintain the reception area in a professional manner.
• Follow open and closing procedures including: lock office doors, turn off lights.
