Customer Service Specialist

Thisoffers hands-on experience where you'll work closely with our department managers. In this position, you'll develop communication, organizational, and customer service skills while gaining insight into dealership operations.

What You'll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, text, email, and online platforms
• Provide friendly, helpful information and guidance
• Assist customers with scheduling appointments and next steps
• Follow up to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions
• Represent Castle Automotive Group with professionalism and care
• Support dealership staff with other tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a warm demeanor
• A genuine passion for helping people with positive attitude
• Previous customer service experience is helpful, but not required
• Eagerness to learn and be trained in dealership processes
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
