Title: Warehouse Coordinator
Location: Brighton, CO 80601
Duration: 12 months plus extensions

Work Hours: Mon-Thurs 6am- 4:30pm (10hours workday)

Job Description:
Under some supervision, coordinates operations through interaction with operations management. Coordinates activities for different areas like Inbound, Outbound, Kitting, etc. based on direction from Operations management.

Must Have Skills/Experiences:
• Inventory management
• Warehousing
• Forklift

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years

Key Responsibilities:
Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE)Stop work and immediately report any major injury hazards. Report any work-related injury, illness, incident or hazard. Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures & regulations. Use appropriate personal protective equipment. Promote interdependence by looking out for one another. Correct hazards within your control and capabilities.
Recognize how your work may impact the environment and work to minimize the negative impact. Lead HSE Training and actively engage workforce. Quality Follows all applicable standard work, work instruction/process documentation and established quality procedures. Raises issues to minimize cost and quality exposures. Performs quality checks for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices. Identifies and controls non-conforming material.
Delivery Receive incoming goods, accurately sort, label/package, store goods and arrange storage to optimize warehouse space. Operates manual and automated equipment to pick, pack and ship product per the customer expectations. Demonstrates a high level of competency in core work skills. Works at the required cycle time or defined engineering standard. Teamwork Communicates effectively with the assigned team and with all support teams. Ensures training completion in line with business requirements.

Seeks ways to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development. Ensures clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping tasks and machine cleaning tasks and supports planned operator care and maintenance tasks. Remains flexible and performs other miscellaneous duties, as required, to meet business goals. Works with peers, skilled trades and support staff to maintain and identify equipment in need of repair.

**Additional Manager Notes** **Max pay rate ***/HR** ** this request is for 1st shift. ** Looking for someone with prior experience in warehouse operating, pulling work orders (parts), kitting, receiving and putting parts back. Forklift experience is a bonus. This is for a CWK backfill at the site. 1st shift hour's will be Monday – Thursday 10 hour shifts 4 days a week 6AM – 4:30PM. When the manager is ready, she will request 30 minute in person interviews.
