We are hiring a contract - Data Entry Specialist.

Schedule: Full-time, M-F, no weekends
Hours: 8a-5pm, Day shifts, 40 hours per week
Position: Temp-to-hire, Paid weekly + benefits
Contract duration: 5 to 6-months

Job Details

The Role: Consulting Data Entry Specialist

Experience Needed: Minimum 2 years of data entry experience (healthcare or medical records background is highly preferred).

Core Systems: Deep familiarity with Microsoft Excel (data manipulation and reporting) and hands-on experience with OncoEMR or similar EMR/EHR software.

Key Responsibilities: You will accurately input and maintain sensitive healthcare data, run regular audits to catch and fix mistakes, research and validate information from multiple sources, and collaborate directly with consultants and healthcare staff to provide technical support and ensure strict HIPAA compliance.
