Title: (CASUAL) Statistical Coordinator

Full time/Part time: Part-time, no more than 19 hours/week
Temporary/Permanent: Temporary
Other Conditions: Casual Hire temporary appointment is expected begin July 2026 or soon thereafter. Not to exceed one year.
Duties:
Staffing, management and supervision of game day scorers table crew.
Works closely with sports information director to:
a. Recruit, evaluate and establish game day scorers table for soccer, volleyball, basketball, softball and baseball.
b. Create and maintain game day protocols.
c. Uphold and review NCAA Division II sports statistics and practices.
Record and input in-game statistics using NCAA Live Stats by Genius, Statcrew and other various methods.
Updates and maintains statistics for athletics website.
Train game day scorers table personnel for in-game statistics and protocols.
Communications with conference office and other institutions' sports information offices.
Minimum Qualifications:
Possession of a baccalaureate degree or any equivalent combination of education and/or professional work experience which provides the required education, knowledge, skills and abilities as indicated.
Three (3) years progressive experience in a 4-year collegiate sports information office.
Proficient knowledge of collegiate sports rules, protocols, game operations and statistics.
Proficient using NCAA Live Stats by Genius, Statcrew, and other statistics software programs.
Flexible schedule with ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
Desirable Qualifications:
Great vision, good listening skills and a spectacular attitude
Maintain poise and composure in a fast-paced environment
Prior NCAA experience
