Title: (CASUAL) Assistant Coach - Baseball II
Hiring Unit: Athletics
Position: Casual Hire

Salary: $5,000/season
Full time/Part time: Part-time, no more than 19 hours/week
Temporary/Permanent: Temporary
Other Conditions: Casual Hire temporary appointment is expected to begin August 2026, or soon thereafter. Not to exceed one year.
Duties:
a. Developing a program that will be competitive in the Pacific West Conference.
b. Successfully recruiting and retaining academically and athletically motivated student athletes who will have a positive impact on the program and campus.
c. Planning, scheduling, and conducting team practices and workouts.
d. Managing all aspects of home contests, including coordination of facilities and officials.
e. Organizing clinics and participating in community projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
Desirable Qualifications:
Prior NCAA DII coaching experience.
Played at the collegiate level (DI, DII, DIII, NAIA) or Professional Baseball, any level.
Understands Baseball analytics.
Knowledge of Driveline, Rapsodo, Trackman, Diamond Kinetics, etc.
Knowledge and experience using 6-4-3 Chart Analysis or similar.
Experience recruiting.
Knowledge and experience charting games.
