U.S. residency or valid work authorization
Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to thrive independently and in a team
Customer service experience preferred, but not required

Provide clear, accurate information while resolving issues quickly
Keep detailed records of customer interactions
