The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides assessment, treatment planning, and behavioral intervention services for children and adolescents in the Autism program. This role collaborates with families and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans that promote skill development and positive behavioral outcomes using evidence-based practices. Responsibilities include managing client caseloads, conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, monitoring client progress, providing consultation, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing ongoing staff training, meeting billing and productivity requirements, implementing behavioral interventions, coordinating care, completing documentation, maintaining compliance with ethical guidelines, staying current on behavioral practices, teaching adaptive and functional life skills, and performing additional duties as assigned.
Provide the highest level of customer care, identify and build on strengths of clients, staff, and communities, support client growth, independence, and development, promote a culture that values diversity and inclusion, embrace continuous learning and professional development, utilize evidence-based practices to ensure optimal outcomes.
Master's degree in a BACB-approved field, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, active Behavior Analyst license (state-specific), completion of 8-hour BACB Supervisor Training course, strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices, excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, ability to analyze data and develop effective treatment interventions, ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Minimum one (1) year of related experience or training, experience working with children and adolescents with autism, experience supervising RBTs and providing clinical oversight.
