Your role is crucial in building lasting relationships, as you are the face they see every time they invest in their vehicle.Service Advisors guide our guests through the entire repair process, keeping them informed about the status of their vehicles and ensuring their satisfaction before they leave our facility.ResponsibilitiesGreet every guest that enters our facility with hospitality and respectPresent the best solution to properly repair our guest vehicle in a way that is easy for them to understandManage the store's workflow in an effective and efficient mannerConsistently and effectively sell our services without jeopardizing honesty and integrityMaintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere at all timesCommunicate on the phone in a clear professional mannerBuild long-term relationships between the store, yourself and our customerDirects, coordinates, and participates in performing customer service activitiesShuttle guest as needed in CBA branded vehicleEnsure that all repairs are performed to proper specifications.Work together as a team and assist other employees as neededOther duties as assignedQualificationsCurrent driver's licensesDriving record acceptable to our current insurance carrierProficiency in Windows based computer software and automotive store applicationsExperience in an Automotive Customer Service role or Automotive Service Write/Advisor/Sales rolePhysical RequirementsBeing dependable and reliable for a position that is scheduled for Monday – Friday, 7am – 6pmBeing on your feet the majority of the workday (standing, walking, coordinating parts, etc.)Occasionally lifting and carrying objects over 50 lbs.Keeping a brisk work pace in a high-volume environmentEEO StatementAll of your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
