This role helps oversee sales floor activities, merchandising standards, staffing schedules, and adherence to store policies and procedures. The Assistant Store Manager coaches and supports store associates to deliver excellent customer service, achieve sales goals, and maintain a welcoming, brand-right environment. Daily tasks include monitoring inventory levels, assisting with visual merchandising, implementing retail loss prevention practices, and ensuring operational accuracy at the point of sale.
