This role reviews documentation for completeness, identifies missing or incorrect information, and communicates findings to drivers, sales, and internal teams. The Coordinator III supports departmental consistency by assisting with cross training and day-to-day guidance for Coordinators I and II when questions arise or clarification is needed. While not a primary phone handling role, the Coordinator III provides customer support during high call volume when overflow assistance is required.Essential Duties:Complete billing, invoicing, and shipment verification within timed guidelines with a high degree of accuracyPerform audits of sales orders to confirm documentation completenessCommunicate audit findings to sales, drivers, and internal partnersResolve discrepancies by obtaining missing notes, photos, or required detailsEnsure proper documentation is prepared for financial processingSupport customer inquiries during call overflow to assist Coordinator IRespond to questions regarding billing or order status when neededAssist in reinforcing training and workflow expectations for Coordinators I and IICross- train on additional departmental functions to support operational consistencyMaintain accurate records for billing, audits and operational reportingGenerate and analyze operational reports to ensure the accuracy of invoiced sales orders.Collaborate with internal teams to correct errors and close outstanding issuesMaintain confidentiality and professionalismAny other duties as assignedQualifications:Experience is auditing, administrative support or service operations preferredHigh attention to detail and strong accuracy in documentationAbility to communicate findings clearly with drivers, sales, and internal teamsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasksProfessional written and verbal communicationProficient in Microsoft Office with a strong emphasis on Excel for reporting and data tracking.Physical Requirements:Ability to sit at a computer for extended periods of timeAbility to speak on the phone for long durationsAbility to lift up to thirty pounds if needed for filing materials.Work Environment:Office SettingFast-paced Service DepartmentRegular interactions with technicians, dispatchers, parts coordinators, and leadership.#J-18808-Ljbffr
