Responsibilities:

  • Support Business & Site Readiness for the Propel rollout.
  • Operate as a central coordination and analytics hub to ensure operational preparedness for go-live.
  • Establish structured tracking mechanisms and maintain visibility across readiness activities.
  • Synthesize complex program data into clear, actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
  • Work across multiple teams, including business leads, SCRUM teams, and readiness stakeholders.
  • Monitor deliverables, track dependencies, and identify risks or gaps that may impact readiness.
  • Translate execution-level detail into executive-ready reporting for informed, business-led decisions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Experience with SAP, S4 Hana is a plus.
  • Project Control and Change Management experience.
  • Proficiency in Jira, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Good organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with managing data.
  • Ability to work effectively with leads.
