Job Responsibilities

• Run reports from SAP for actual costs contracts
• Review contracts to determine invoicing requirements
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely payments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
• Experience with contracts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, and Visio or similar software

• Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
• Invoicing experience
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
