DUTIES:
The Technology Data and Support Specialist - Tier 3 will provide data management, quality, and support for applications used throughout the District. Reports to the Director of Technology.
Manage accounts for applications/services used throughout the District.
Provide support for applications/services used throughout the District.
Provide setup/configuration/support for devices used throughout the District.
Manage data (import and export) for applications/services used throughout the District.
Perform data quality audits for services used throughout the District.
Provide support for the Technology Department as needed.
