Testing

The Senior Fiscal Clerk test will be administered by invitation only. Applicants who meet the minimum qualifications will be invited to test and notified via email.

NECESSARY MATERIALS FOR APPLICATION: •Completed Ed-Join on-line Application (incomplete application will not be considered. All fields must be filled in); •Current Resume; •One (1) Current (signed and dated within 3 years) Letter of Reference. •NOTE: *If semester units are substituted for one-year of work experience, transcripts must be attached to online application prior to the closing date. •NOTE: Attach proof of a passing score for the SBCSS Senior Fiscal Clerk written test, if applicable. •Applicants must meet minimum qualifications and provide all necessary materials online prior to the stated deadline in order to qualify as a candidate.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS •Two (2) years of experience in a fiscal position. *Fifteen (15) semester units in accounting or a closely related field may be substituted for one-year experience (transcripts required); •Ability to receive a passing score on the San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools (SBCSS) Senior Fiscal Clerk written test. If test was previously taken and passed, proof of a passing score is required in lieu of taking the test; •Possession of a high school diploma (or its equivalency) or higher, or possession of a GED.
