We are seeking an experienced Integration Technician III to perform complex mechanical and electrical integration in support of advanced development, test, and prototype hardware. In this role, you will assemble and integrate structures, mechanisms, fluid systems, harnesses, sensors, and power hardware while working directly from engineering drawings, schematics, P&IDs, and test procedures. You will set up and operate vacuum systems, support chamber operations and leak checks, work with high voltage and high current power systems under strict safety controls, and operate furnaces or thermal processing equipment for bake out and conditioning activities. This position is highly hands on and requires disciplined execution, strong troubleshooting skills, and meticulous documentation of build and test results.
The ideal candidate thrives in early stage, fast moving environments where designs evolve rapidly and close collaboration with engineering is essential. You will provide practical feedback on manufacturability, integration sequence, tooling, and testability, while mentoring junior technicians and helping drive process improvements. A strong commitment to safety, cleanliness, and quality is critical, particularly when working around vacuum systems, electrical hazards, and thermal equipment. Candidates should be comfortable working independently, supporting off hours test activities, and maintaining high standards in demanding, schedule driven test campaigns within high reliability industries.
Compensation: $48.00/hr.
