CH Bird Elementary School is seeking an exceptional Learning Strategist to join our team for the 2026-27 school year.

CH Bird Elementary School is a Title I school serving approximately 271 students in grades K-5. Approximately 45% of students qualify for free and reduced lunch. Position Overview
The Learning Strategist is a critical member of our instructional leadership system. While this position includes providing Tier II and Tier III reading and/or mathematics intervention services, the role extends far beyond direct instruction.
Successful candidates will be systems-oriented educators who help build the capacity of teams, contribute to schoolwide problem-solving, and ensure interventions are delivered with urgency, consistency, and fidelity.
