OUR MISSION
Movement Schools is a growing network of free, public charter schools. We exist to love and value scholars and communities by leading a movement of excellence in education. In partnership with our families, we equip our scholars with the tools to close generational gaps through self-efficacy, access to world-class instruction, and financial education.
About This Role
Lead the Systems. Build the Team. Strengthen the School.
Running an exceptional school where children are loved and valued requires more than just great instruction — it requires excellence in school-based operations. The Business Operations Director (BOD) is the senior operations leader on the campus and the strategic partner to the Principal on every non-instructional system that keeps the school running.
As Business Operations Director, you will lead the campus operations team — including the Office Manager, Office Associates, Operations Associates, and other operations staff — and own campus-level finance, compliance, facilities, vendor management, enrollment strategy, testing logistics, and risk management. You will partner closely with the Principal, the network operations team, and the campus operations team to ensure teachers can maximize their time on scholar learning and growth.
If you are a detail-oriented leader who thrives in complex environments, enjoys building and managing teams, and is passionate about strengthening schools through operational excellence, we invite you to apply.
